For concerns as early AMD Athlon64 and the way in number to the power equivalent Pentium 4, so the 4000 + is approximately equal to one 4.0 GHz Pentium 4 processor. However, since both dual-core (I guess the 4000 + is not sure), the Google search provides a single or double room, I set up their performance by comparing the clock speed and L2 cache. In this context, the 945 wins hands down. At a clock frequency of 3.4 GHz over 2.1 and 4 times the L2 cache. Story was shorter, go with the Pentium D 945 in the AMD 4000 +. Hope this helps and good luck!
