Misdiagnosis Graves Disease Misdiagnosis Of Graves Disease?

Misdiagnosis of Graves Disease? - misdiagnosis graves disease

I was just with Graves disease 'diagnosed. My symptoms could be related to something else? My doctor told me that I have hyperthyroidism, which was caused by the graves. I am not thin (in fact, a little) on the strong side, and my eyes Ardennes, and never before to the endocrinologist, you have high blood pressure, pulse and heart rate high. I was nervous to go to the doctor. In fact, I have phentermine to lose weight because I never can, no matter what I do. I know that phentermine with my heart rate, pulse and blood pressure, confusion, but it could be the results of my blood tested? I am very frustrated and do not want to take this damn thyroid medication, which will make me gain weight, if that doctor is wrong. What could that be?

With a serious medical diagnosis, you should always get a second doctor, a second opinion. If the document is a good, welcome the proposal. Its possible that the diet could be the result of drug-influenced. Phentermine is certainly increases the heart rate and affects the blood pressure. I would like to get a second opinion. Get off of phentermine for at least two weeks before a further round of blood tests. Good luck.

The best thing to do is go to a second opinion. It can do no harm and to take care of your health should not be shocked by this because it is common practice for a second opinion when it comes to things like that.

When we went for a second opinion from another endocrinologist? If a patient has a problem with the diagnosis of this kind, which usually do what you do.

Certainly not the kind of response you need to keep their health in this forum.

Have you told the doctor about phentermine? In tests of Graves / hyperthyroidism, the levels of thyroxine in the blood should be monitored, what are the results of this? However, if you have hyperthyroidism, you need a drug to prevent what is called a thyroid storm, which could be very dangerous. Not to go for second opinion is not, however, remove? Good luck, my dear

First, the blood test for your endocrinologist TSH, T3 and T4? If this were the case, if the diagnosis. Wrap your eyes, etc. .. Onset of the disease. Ask him how he reaches such a conclusion.
